Tomorrow on Turner Classic Movies: SPEEDY (1928)

This is a great example of the dynamism of the late silent film, before cinema became tethered to a microphone cable. The plot is less important than the whirlwind tour of the New York City of 1928. It’s frenetic. It’s kinetic. And it’s even got a cameo by Babe Ruth. Set your DVR!
